Having worked in the field since 1977, the roofing business holds no mysteries for this entrepreneur. A hard-working, conscientious, creative employee who, up until 1987, had helped build the foundations of a master Montreal-based roofer, in 1989, Léon Raymond put all of his energy into building his own business, and he already realizes that his efforts have paid off and his company is well prepared for the future. TOITURES LÉON INC. is a dynamic company that now has a staff of more than 60 workers, divided into different sectors: residential, commercial, institutional and industrial. We are also members of several associations that keep us on the leading edge of new techniques in this trade, which is constantly changing.

Mr. Raymond has prepared the next generation, with five children between 19 and 25 years of age, three of whom are currently involved in the company. Pierre-Olivier, now 21 years old, has been working in the company as a foreman for 2 years. Claudia, who is 20 years old, just completed a specialization in business management and is now employed as an estimator for the company. David, 19 years old, recently joined the company as a foreman.
